Recipies I want to make at some point

I can cook... IN CONCEPT.. But baking takes a lot of time.. its a science and by god im a dropout. Ive burned water in the past (I really didnt think that was a real thing) but here ill catalogue all the things I want to try and maybe even my wicked attempts at them!!
